The Mission of the Board is to work at maintaining a Beautiful Community where 

the residents can enjoy the natural setting of Norman Creek.

We here at Quiet Waters have the luxury of not having to cut grass or shovel snow.

We also have our gardens mulched and weeded. Our walking paths are maintained as well.

We do however as homeowners have the responsibility of keeping our property " IN

NEAT AND CLEAN APPEARANCE "

It is to all of our benefit to keep the community looking good to keep property values up!

As Homeowners we do have responsibilities in regards to the EXTERIOR APPEARANCE of our homes.
